Two Yoga Sessions Daily
Each day we will salute the sun with vinyasa classes looking over Costa Rican jungle and with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Tap into your inner rhythm, coordinating movement with breath by the gentle waves and big, open sky. All classes will be accessible for all levels.
Curated Excursions to Explore
We've carefully curated a well-balanced and thoughtful itinerary so you can experience everything the Nicoya Peninsula has to offer. Excursions include a guided snorkel trip around Isla Tortuga, an ATV ride through the jungle to the waterfalls of Montezuma, and an on-site massage overlooking the ocean.
